I’m Chef Katrina, a Certified Baking and Pastry Chef with a love for Dark Chocolate.

Growing up, my mom was an excellent cook and baker. Always using the finest quality ingredients including lots of love. I know that’s where my love for dark chocolate came from. The smell of cakes and pies being baked in our kitchen is truly nostalgic.  Family, friends, and neighbors were always invited over for cakes, cookies, and pies for holidays or just because.  She loved to serve people and bring smiles to their faces.

My passion for baking comes from her, also my love to serve people and see smiles on their faces also comes from her. Inspired by my mom, I created Sweet Benefits, where we love to serve and assist you in making memorable moments with our fine gifts and gourmet desserts.  We offer beautifully decorated and delicious cupcakes, cookies, brownies and more all using the best quality ingredients.
